Welcome to the South Burnaby Metro Club's secure online registration for the 2010/11 season. 

There are three methods for registrating your player:

1.  SECURE ONLINE REGISTRATION

SBMC's online registration uses the services of ITSportsNet, one of the leading providers of secure online registration. 

 Steps to Online Registration
1) Link to the ITSportsNet website
2) Carefully follow the following registration instructions

•  Launch the Member Area
•   Follow the instructions (log in using your email address and password, OR set up SETUP LOGIN, OR request your password)
•    Go to Profile and update your information (ensure your address, phone number and email are current)
•   Add your child if first time
•  Continue with Set Up and go to Volunteer Sign-up and choose your preference and age group category for your child
•   Go to Soccer Registration
•   Register your child
•  Make payment -  Pay by credit card, VISA or Mastercard

2.  IN-PERSON REGISTRATION

Next in-person registration sessions:  Thursday, May 27/10 and Thursday, June 17/10 from 6 to 8 pm at the SBMC Clubhouse

All players from U6 to U8 will receive a free size 3 soccer ball with registration before May 28, 2010 or while supplies last.
All players from U9 to U11 who are registered for the 2010/11 Season can participate in the Spring Development Program starting Tuesday, June 1, 2010 at 7:45pm at Byrne Creek Secondary School.

All in-person registrations are held at the SBMC Clubhouse, located on the south side of the Bonsor Recreation Complex.  Enter the parking lot off of Central Boulevard.

3.  MAIL-IN REGISTRATION

Complete the registration form and enclose payment - mail to the Club's registrar - c/o SBMC Soccer Program, 8255-16th Avenue, Burnaby, BC V3N 1R9

SBMC Refund Policy:

• Prior to start of the soccer season for U06 to U11 age groups - September 1st, 2010 - FULL Refund minus $20.00 Administration Fee
• Prior to start of the soccer season for U12 to U18 age groups - August 15th, 2010 - FULL Refund minus $20.00 Administration Fee
• Soccer season commences up to and including October 15th, 2010 for all age groups - PARTIAL Refund minus $50.00 Admin. Fee
• After October 16th, 2010 for all age groups - NO refunds under any circumstances except with motion from the Soccer Executive.

Player and Coaches ID Cards:

• U11 to U18 players are required to provide a copy of their birth certificate and a 2.5 x 3.5 cm photo for their player ID card.
• Players NEW to the club are required to provide a copy of their birth certificate and a 2.5 x 3.5 photo for their player ID Card.  (Applies to U11 to U18 players only)
• ID cards for now required for all coaches, assistant coaches and team managers from U6 to U18
